How can I convince my parents to allow me to get a pet snake?
I'm 13 and I have been asking for a snake for about 6 months I'm not even asking for them to buy it for me, just permission I have done two big presentations on them with tons of reports self written , a schedule to keep it by, website links, poster projects, Power Point presentation, over 100 reasons they should say yes, sacrifices I'd make, and a bunch of info on Ball Pythons the one I want soooooo much They still say no though They haven't given a reason to stay no they tell me " We just aren't" or " I don't want to talk about it" Whenever I start telling them stuff on them, they tell me to stop because WE'RE not getting one The reason I capitalized " we're" is because I've told them I'D pay for it, take care of it, and love it throughout its life, not them or us I got my parents or at least my mom to agree on going to a snake expo next Sunday, but I'm not sure they'll pay any attention to it because it has other animals and they'd probly still say no Please help me because I really really want one PLEASE HELP
What are good pet snake names?
I'm getting a Ball Python soon and I'm stumped on names. I want a little boy, but my mom wants me to get a girl. Thinking about getting a pet snake, I have a problem?
My parents are divorced, and I go from house to house every sunday. I want a pet snake very much, and am seriously considering getting one. But I dont know if it is fair to take the snake from house to house in a car each week, or if that would be fine. Also, that would be very difficult as the cage and accesories are heavy. I just want some opinions of how to handle it, if I do end up getting one.
My only worry about getting a pet snake?
I am planning on getting a baby ball python my only worry is that i have a pet cocker spaniel dog. I need information for maybe getting a pet snake... help?
I really want a pet snake, but given my living conditions, it can't be a snake that would grow to be big and perferable if it didn't eat mice just because i have room mates. I've heard there are other options for feeding, but I am still learning about this and hopefully even more with help from you? I understand some people don't believe snakes should be pets but I would appreciate if I could get some help with this from someone who knows about snakes. I heard garter snakes are a good option but i was looking them up and i know some species get up to four feet, which is do able, but are there any that stay small? Thanks
