My mom has a puppy chihuahua mix? she doesn't take care of. I mean, she cleans up his mess but that's all.Here's the thing I have been buying everything for it, even the dog food, but my mom keeps on feeding it leftovers. She even gives it human medicine when its sick and never listens to anyone about proper care.I don't want her to kill the puppy.I want to get everything for him and take him to the vet. What are some good reasons on why someone should get a puppy?
The reason i am asking this is since i would like to convince my parents to get me a puppy. I see so many homeless dogs out there that i would to be able to help at least one. I also have a cat and a rabbit. i would really like a puppy in my life. and i know my parents would love one too if they gave me the chance. So could i please have some positive and persuasive reasons? Thanks.

my jap chin puppy went into heat last week in nov.i dint even relized she was in heat for a couple of days until i seen my male jap chin dog was on her unknown if they ever got stuck together but they were always together. my mom was at my house she just had open heart surgery so i was busy lot then but its now jan and her vulva is still swollen i did take her for the blood test and it was neg i took her Monday to the vet. she did put on a couple of pounds.i no people are going to tell me to the dogs fixed well im not going to i just wondering on why is vulva still swollen.she sleeps lot, and her belly is swollen. don't contact me if your going to be rued. baby's are not born with a dictionary animals are not earthier so lot of us need to ask questions.i have seen lot of rued people and all you here is people tell you to fix your animals.and i do feed my puppy food the best. so thanks youI should of said my female chin has been at the vets three times already this past Mon one week ago and the beginning of DEC. i really care for her. the vet isn't to concerned.i have a 6 ft fence no other dog can get her
My 8 week old puppy diarrhea. why?
Ive had my dog for about 10 days now. He is 8 weeks old. I never got a chance to ask the previous owner what kind of food he was eating but as soon as I brought the little guy inside he went straight for the dog food that my older dog eats. He and the older dog have been eating Purina 1. And I asked a local breeder if it was bad for the puppy to be eating adult dog food so early. He said there is not to much difference in adult food vs puppy food so he recommended just giving the puppy a little at a time. So for about 6 days he was fine. His potty looked normal and his gums were healthy. But the past 4 days his Business had blood in it and was starting to get runny. I am wondering what could be causing this. I figured it could have been the change in food but why the blood? I have scheduled a vet appointment already but I wanted peoples opinions on this while I wait to go to the vets. And if it is the food change.. is it normal to have a delayed reaction towards it? That and could stress be an issue? I think he looks fine. He has been playing and running around and absolutely loves my older dog. Crate training him though, has been difficult since the diarrhea and of course I'm not going to let him roam around the house and poop ever wheres. What a mess that would be. I don't see any worms in his poop either. I know this is something for a professional to handle but I wanted to see what everyone else thought while I wait to take my puppy to the vets.Just for the record I am not relying on what the local dog breeder is saying. I just wanted to know what he thought.Purina 1 has made my older dog look fantastic. I tried putting her on this natural organic dog food but it was making her hair fall out in clumps, the poor thing looked like a rat. So the Purina Dog food has helped for her. But because every dog is different I am not sure what the best kind of dog food would be for my puppy.

Is Nutri Cal Puppy used for gain weight?I give a small portion of a teaspoon of nutrical to my shih tzu puppy. I'm wondering if giving her that will make her gain weight.If so, is it a lot of weight gained?
