my bf dad, let our cats out by accident and we had to hunt them odnw. didnt get far they were scared but it scared me more. Thne his dads friend came over and his kid let our babies out. And once again the hunt was on. though this time one was more excited and took longer. Im very afraid of them getting loose and hurt or lost. they have collers and claws but still. I wonderd if they had collars for cats like they do for dogs and puppies. You know they set a distance and the animal cant get past that point. that way if they get out i know they cant leave our yard and i wont be so worried. Right now i leave them lock in our room almost all the time cause im afraid. so please any advice would be wonderful thank you
Beef Jerky and my cats?
Can i give my cats Beef Jerky for tread?Always when i have them,my cats don't let me alone.I do give them one or two.I just wondering if is ok.

An interesting thing I've noticed about my cats...?
So, there is this thing that I have seen my cats do. When I was 17 my Siamese cat Chang who was also 17 used to just randomly run through the house about 2 times in a row every once in a while. Usually at night but all lights have been on in the rooms. The same thing goes with my room mate's cat, Pumpkin who is like....15 I think. Just now when I was standing in the bathroom he just ran through the hall as fast as he could and then back again. It's about 9 at night and this is not the only time he does it. Pumpkin does it like every day.Anyone have any idea why these cats seem to love running as fast as they can during random periods of the evening? I think my mom said something about it helps them get ready to poop or something.
Will my cat be fine or not?
My heater doesn't work in the apartment and the landlord will repair it tomorrow.So the apartment is kind of cold, but my cat seems to be fine, She isn't shivering or anything.So are cats used to tempreatures that are cool?
What do I do with a stray cat that is now mine?
I found a stray a year ago in my backyard. He had no collar, no belongings. I have a brother that is allergic to cats and I'm not allowed to take the cat in. I gave him food and water immediately. I tried taking him to the vet, and trust me, I've tried every way possible. From food to covering with pillow covers to even Animal Control. Nothing can catch this little guy. I have no idea how to get him fixed, and healthy. Who knows what diseases he could be carrying? I'm really worried about this cat too, because he keeps on meowing I give him attention, love, food, everything. It's possible he has worms and a disease and I gave him deworming tablets. Please help me I want to take care of this cat properly but I am not able to. Help?Also... I have used a live trap... hasn't worked
How can I tell if my cat is pregnant or not?
She is about a year old. She is a out door cat and I spayed her a while ago and I don't think it took. She is much smaller than the other cats in my neighborhood and I'm afraid she will get hurt.She keeps spending the whole day in the woods and coming back at night. And she is extremely affectionate whereas before she was not. And her brother who is neutered, is protective of her. They used to sleep in the same box and now it is just her. HELP
Help my cat eats all the time!!?
he eats his food, he then eats the other cats food. then he will beg for more food. when we won't give it to him he breaks into his food container, i just recently put a lock on the second one first one was way too easy for him to break into and he and manages to get a paw in the half an inch it will still open and pulls out more food. and we can't leave any people food laying out...even in the package he will break into it. the other cats don't seem to care that he eats thier food, he is getting fat and i think he has a problem. when we got him he was a stray and was thin and had parasites. i think now that he has got rid of them through medicine that he is not used to being full...how can I stop him? i'm more worried about his health than anything, he already gets the weight formula...
